Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States (USA).

Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on orders over €50 / $50 (or the equivalent value in the respective currency).

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and $5.90 within the USA.

For shipments outside the EU (such as Switzerland or the USA), additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 5 – 9 business days from the shipping date, regardless of destination. Please note that during busy seasons, holidays, or customs clearance, minor delays may occur.

Partial deliveries do not incur any additional shipping costs.

4. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped climate-neutral via DHL, Deutsche Post, or international logistics partners such as USPS and FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

5. Delivery Delays

We make every effort to meet the stated delivery times. If delays occur (e.g. due to supply shortages, customs, or unforeseen events), we will notify you promptly via email.

6. Transport Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any visible damage, report it directly to the carrier and contact us at support@arcovery.com.

7. Shipping to Packstations

Deliveries to DHL Packstations are possible within Germany. Please include your postal number and Packstation ID when entering your address.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees. Reshipment is possible once the address has been corrected.
