Terms of Service

1. Scope and Contracting Parties

(1) These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made by consumers through the arcovery online store.

(3) Deviating customer terms are not accepted unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

2. Offers and Contract Formation

(1) Product listings in the online shop are non-binding.

(2) By completing the checkout process (“Buy” / “Pay Now”), you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart.

(3) We may accept your offer within 5 business days by:

• Sending a shipping confirmation by email, or
• Delivering the goods, or
• Requesting payment after the order is received (for instant payment methods).

(4) An automatic order confirmation after checkout does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.

3. Prices, Shipping Costs, Discounts

(1) All prices are final and include applicable VAT (for EU orders) or local sales tax (for U.S. orders). Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($) depending on your location.

(2) Shipping costs and any applicable customs or import fees are displayed at checkout. Orders over €50 / $50 qualify for free shipping. Below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies (see Shipping Policy).

(3) Promotional prices, discount codes, and bundles may be limited in time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

4. Payment Methods

Available payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other regionally available methods (e.g. Klarna or Google Pay). Charges are made at the time of order; if you select a third-party payment provider, their terms apply.

5. Delivery and Shipping

(1) We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States.

(2) Average delivery time: approximately 5–9 business days from the shipping date (subject to variations due to logistics or customs clearance).

(3) Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable; no additional costs arise for you.

(4) The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Returns & Cancellation

(1) For EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

(2) For customers outside the EU (e.g. the U.S.), we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy under the conditions specified therein.

(3) Please contact us at support@arcovery.com before returning any items to receive the correct return address and instructions.

8. Warranty

(1) Legal warranty rights apply in accordance with German law.

(2) Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage immediately so we can assist promptly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Liability

(1) We are fully liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or in cases covered by product liability law or explicit guarantees.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and to the foreseeable, typical damage at the time of contract formation.

(3) Any further liability is excluded.

10. Product Representation

Color or material deviations between on-screen display and actual product may occur due to technical factors. Product instructions and usage information are available on the product page or enclosed leaflet.

11. Contract Language & Storage

The contract language is German or English (for international customers). The contract text is not permanently stored; order details are sent to you by email. If you create an account, you can view past orders there.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are transferable unless stated otherwise. Cash payouts or interest are excluded. Loss or theft is the sole responsibility of the holder.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available in our online shop. The version valid at the time of your order applies.

15. Governing Law

(1) These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
